The Society has also brought many more development programs particularly for the un-employed youths identified in our various project fields . The management of the society in this regard has been managing and running of vocational training centers in the respective Block Head quarters of the project area. In this connection the society has already opened the Vocational Centre at Nimapara, Gop, Kakatpur, Astaranga and Puri Sadar Block in Puri district for the purpose . The beneficiaries are recruited particularly from the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Communities and other backwards classes. The selection was made from both the sexes with priority for women candidates in the concerned project area. There are 180 beneficiaries i.e 100 Women and 80 from male category from the above mentioned Blocks undergone the Vocational Training during the year 2015-16 and successfully completed the Training Courses . Among the trades taken for Vocational subject are: Candle making, Khaliplate & Chaupadi Making, Agarbati making, Badi and Papad making, Carpentry and Masonry etc. to enrich the skill and capacity of rural youths for the purpose of self employment.
