atural Resource being the natures gift is an important factor for greatest cause of the mankind. The discrimination in use and sharing of those Natural Resource factors cause a great concern and problems for the poor people who are unable to protest it. Where some influential and rich persons of the concerned society apply their force to avail excess than their actual requirement. These things happen due to lack unity amongst the people encourage such forces to make illegal interferences over the available natural resources. Since the day of arrival our NGO activities the matter has been settled. It was decided to initiate proper measures for equal access to the available natural Resources by each individuals, group of individuals, any class, creed and social status of the people reside in the Society. Generally, the natural resources consist of , Pasture land, Natural Rivers, Mountains, village ponds, etc. Our organization has already formed 400 Village Development committees in Puri district for judicious use & management of Natural Resources without any discrimination. The Committees hold meetings at regular intervals and discuss about the problems and difficulties faced by the people, groups, community concerned and to set aside the matter on convergent. The said committee is represented by the Sarapanch, Zilla Parishad members of the respective Panchayats for strengthening the action plan and activities scheduled for the purpose. The NGO Coordinators are working in each village to guide and counsel the committees as a regular routine work.
